Focus groups

Focus groups are a great way to get in depth feedback on a situation or service. E-Consultation

E-consultation is a way of integrating the internet into your consultation. Business Eco’s web design team will link your website to e-consultation, the local authority need only provide questionnaires and feedback forms. 

Pledge Cards

Pledge cards are a tried and tested technique. Adding an incentive to a leaflet based consultation will encourage residents to respond. This can be a cost effective way of securing a limited sample size for small consultations.

Events Management

Business Eco supports the local authority through attendance at local events and through stands at shopping centres and county fairs. Business Eco has a number of tailored methods to attract different residents to take part in a consultation process. These include actors as ‘Waste agents’, the use of events stands and recycling props, which is supported by campaigners and Environmental Advisors.

Business Eco has experience of waste strategy consultation for public authorities such as the East London Waste Authority, the West London Waste Authority, the London Borough of Brent, Brentwood Borough Council and the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA).
